Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 2-4 business days. The time frame doesn’t take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from the carrier.
The pricing of shipping costs are not regulated by Ola Luxe Co., but are instead dictated by the current carrier rates which will take the weight and the shipping destination to determine the price.
The shipping method in which you choose does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier and the company is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.
We are not responsible for stolen or lost/late packages. Please file a police report if your package is stolen, or file a complaint with the carrier if it is lost/arrived late.
