Our products are handcrafted in small batches using only natural, high-quality ingredients. We offer specific products that are designed to be gentle enough for both mothers and children, while offering a touch of everyday luxury you can feel good about.

Are your products safe for babies and children?

Yes (with the exception of our Tender Mama soap collection, for Mamas only)! Every ingredient we use is carefully selected for its purity and gentleness. We avoid harsh chemicals, parabens, and sulfates to ensure our products are safe for delicate skin. All of our products are also clearly marked with age recommendations.

Are your products handmade?

Yes - all of our products are lovingly handmade in small batches to maintain freshness, quality, and consistency. Each item is inspected and packaged with care.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Most of our products are 100% vegan and all are cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we source our ingredients responsibly.

How should I store my products?

Because our products are made with natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness.

Can I use your products during pregnancy?

Yes! Many of our products are safe for expectant mothers, but we always suggest consulting with your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare products during pregnancy - especially those with essential oils.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges (please see our refund policy). However, your satisfaction matters to us - please reach out if you have any concerns, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Do you offer gift sets or custom orders?

We do! Our gift sets make beautiful presents for new mothers, baby showers, or self-care lovers. Custom orders are available upon request - just contact us to learn more.

Do you offer delivery or pick-up options?

Yes! However, these options are only available for local customers (Louisville, KY & surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius) only. You have the option to leave details at checkout, or you can send us a message (use the "Contact" tab) if you would like to inquire or have any questions. Your order must total $50 minimum to qualify for the delivery option.
